By reading these Terms & Conditions, you constitute an agreement between “you”, “yourself”, “user” and “we”, “us”, “VPN Proxy Master”. If you do not agree with the mentioned Terms & Conditions, you may restrain from using the app. 

You acknowledge and accept that (i) the provisions of this EULA shall not be deemed to set an agreement between You and Apple (or its subsidiaries) in any manner whatsoever and (ii) Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA, therefore Apple and its subsidiaries shall have the right and are deemed to have accepted the right to enforce this EULA against You as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

  • You agree that the app may use your data in whatsoever manner that seems fit to provide you with a high-quality service.
  • Your subscription to 360 VPN App - VPN Proxy Master is subject to our License Agreement and Privacy Notice.  
  • By enrolling and using the app features you certify that you shall only use the features to protect the online data associated with your personal information.
  • The app’s title, subtitle, and/or creatives may be changed at any time.
  • This app is subjected only to non-commercial usage by users. The app or the content within the app is not to be used commercially or for any other purpose that may be harmful or disrespectful to others. 
  • By installing and using the app, you agree that the app may collect some information (mentioned in detail in Privacy Policy) about your usage, pattern, trends, and contact information (email only).
  • By installing the app, you agree that you will not use the app for any illegal, spam, or inhumane activity.
  • By installing the app, you agree to use the Services solely at your own risk and we do not have any liability to you for such content.

Additional Terms for 360 VPN App - VPN Proxy Master:

1. You must be enrolled in automatic renewal (turned on) and your account must have a valid credit card, debit card, or other payment mechanisms on file. 

2. The free subscription trial will be granted once you subscribe to the specified subscription term. 

3. Eligibility ends when either your free trial or your paid subscription ends. If you opt-out of auto-renewal you will not be entitled to a Free trial.

4. Your subscription is subject to our Privacy Notice.
